Delivery & Returns
We offer FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING on all of our orders. All items are sent via a standard Royal Mail service - Delivery times can vary depending upon the location we are shipping to, however we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. See below an estimated guide to shipping times:
- UK Deliveries - 2 days.
- International Economy - 1-3 Weeks.
- International Standard - 3-7 Days.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery to the more remote parts of Scotland in particular may take longer than other mainland UK deliveries. Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order if we will be unable to deliver. In this situation, if you have already paid we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs as soon as possible.
We withhold the right to not resend any orders which have been returned to us without prior payment for a second delivery if you have provided us incorrect delivery information, or when you fail to collect your goods from your local depot if a delivery has been attempted and failed.
If you order products for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. If you have already paid, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
Here at Clearwaters Footwear, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are 100% happy with your purchase(s). We therefore offer a no quibble 28-day guarantee on all of our stock items.
If you would like to swap your items for an alternative product, simply email us on email@example.com to let us know and send the product(s) back to us.
If you can’t settle on an alternative item, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and send back the product(s). Once we receive the product(s), we will refund you within 14 days of receipt.
- All items MUST be returned unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
- Items must also be packed with all original packaging, with all tags and labels which must also be free from defects.
- Please do not apply tape to the shoe bag.
- Items packaged in a box, must be returned with an outer box or bag for protection during transit.
- Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure the items are well packed to prevent any damage or lost shoe during shipping.
All items returned within 28 days of purchase will be given a 100% refund, however it is the responsibility of the customer to cover all costs of returning items to us. We advise you to use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in post.
This returns process does not affect your statutory rights.
